Huckberry's Winter Sale Is Now Live With Up to 50% Off Waxed Jackets, Boots, and More—Here's What We're Getting
Men’s Journal aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.
Huckberry just went live with its massive winter clearance sale and what appears to be the best collection of markdowns the rugged retailer has dropped in months. The sale, which runs through Feb. 6, features unprecedented deals of up to 50% off bestselling (and rarely discounted) waxed jackets, hardy apparel, all kinds of boots, sneakers, and slippers, and even some nice leather goods.
The key to shopping this sale is taking advantage of the myriad of new markdowns on Flint and Tinder's highly sought-after waxed jackets, including the recently-dropped York Quilted Waxed Jacket and the long-time bestselling Waxed Hudson and Rancher Jackets, among others. Beyond that, there's a ton to explore from shearling-lined Birkenstock clogs to one of the best pairs of travel pants you'll ever wear. After Men's Journal shopped through Huckberry's winter clearance sale, we found four styles that are worth a hasty pick-up before they sell out.
Flint and Tinder Flannel-Lined Waxed Hudson Jacket in Navy, $184 (was $368) at Huckberry

Our jaws dropped when we saw the price of Flint and Tinder's Flannel-Lined Waxed Hudson Jacket—$184 might be the lowest it's ever been. For less than $200, you can score a top-of-the-line piece of weather-resistant outerwear that's even warm enough for most places in the winter with one of the brand's 10-Year Hoodies layered underneath it. It's a solid pick for those who walk or commute to work because it'll help slick water and shed wind, and unlike most other waxed styles, this one comes with a hood and enough pockets to hold all the important stuff. The Navy is sporting the largest discount, but each of the other two colors is also on sale.

Greys Wool Outdoor Slipper Boot in Charcoal/Black, $54 (was $108) at Huckberry

Greys' Wool Outdoor Slipper Boot might be the most well-reviewed shoe on Huckberry's entire site. Year after year, this cozy slip-on tops the bestsellers list because of its premium materials and high-caliber performance. The wool upper and insole guarantee temperature regulation, odor resistance, and moisture control for maximum comfort while the thick rubber sole and toe bumper ensure you can be cozy and protected at the same time. They come in five colors and even come in a slip-on mule version, but the gray and black booties are, by far, the best deal right now.

Flint and Tinder Recycled Cotton Headlands Crewneck Sweater in Heather Bone, $64 (was $128) at Huckberry

The Cotton Headlands Crewneck Sweater quickly became one of our favorite layering pieces after scooping one up during Huckberry's last big sale. What we found was that its combination of looks, softness, and not-too-slim fit was exceptionally flattering when worn under our favorite waxed shirt jacket, denim jacket, and even a thick overcoat. Its waffle knit weave pattern helps it stand apart from plain sweaters, bringing a whole world of texture into the fold, and we haven't overheated once while wearing it. It comes in four colors—three of which are $64—but they're selling out fast.

Proof Rover EDC Pant HB Athletic Tapered in Black, $64 (was $128) at Huckberry

Proof apparel was designed for guys who live fast, travel hard, and need their clothing to keep up. We're huge fans of the brand's 72-Hour Merino T-shirts and UPF Hoodies, and more recently the EDC Pants. These pants come in two fits—slim and athletic tapered—but the latter offers a slightly more relaxed fit that doesn't bell out too much at the ankle, which is something many guys claim is hard. We've found these pants are most useful when roaming through airports—the multitude of pockets makes it so easy to have your phone, wallet, keys, snacks, earbuds, and hand sanitizer all within reach. Only select colors are on sale, but sizes are plentiful and are very worth a try at this price.
